Ingredients
- 2 ears fresh corn
- 4 eggs
- Olive Oil
- Cayenne Pepper
- Salt
- Paprika
Remove corn kernels from cob.
Heat greased skillet to medium.
Sauté corn kernels 5 minutes. Season corn with salt and cayenne pepper.
Beat eggs, season with salt and add to corn. Cook to your liking.
Serve with fresh tomato slices and toast.
Drizzle a good quality olive oil over tomatoes.
Garnish with paprika.
